Headphone Commute’s Best of 2013 : Music For The Frosty Night When I Miss Your Warm Light

Another sunset without you. How precious were those little moments… how futile are these tardy words. I didn’t get a chance to tell you, although I sensed that you have known. I mourned your soul before departure, while you just smiled and spread the light. And so you’re here, among, within me. This music makes us whole again.

  1. The eagle has landed — a first edition copy of ‘Lavandula’ arrived earlier this week : ) Fortunately I was quick enough to get one before they all ran out in the Sonic Pieces shop. A second edition is still available though. Anyway, it’s a charming one!

  2. Just made a Spotify playlist with all the albums on the list – can’t wait to enjoy hthem all! :-)

    • Hey Jordi — I beat you to it! I have a Spotify list for each category with all available albums, which also features my past year selections, going back to 2009! Look me up! Here’s this one:

  3. Not surprised to see Field Rotation and John Lemke here – love those two albums too : )

I should give an in-depth check to Olan Mill’s ‘Hiraeth’ I think.

Aaa… soo much stuff to get to….
