Cedric - Pianorama

Without a doubt, among the instruments of the world my favorite is piano. I’ve got a baby grand of my own, and whenever the house is silent I gently fill it with my notes. Piano has become such a force in contemporary electronic, ambient, and of course, modern classical music, that I’ve devoted an entire category to the albums in my Best Of lists, and called it Music For Watching The Snow Slowly Fall In The MoonlightTo showcase his favorite selections, Cedric has compiled a two plus hour mix of piano works by everyone from Nils Frahm to Brandt Brauer Frick and Sun Ra! Here are more words from Cedric:

From slow and ambient to strings and beats, ignoring labels and genres, as long as it’s got the right touch. Just one rule I came up with for this mixtape: no piano = no go! Compiled as background music to read a book, pet your cats, take a walk, or watch the world fly by…

I hope you’ll enjoy…

Great compilation! Thank you so much Cedric and Headphonecommute!
To bad there’s no information regarding each song’s approximate starting time. For example, what songs starts at around 1:23:45?

    Cheers
