		<description><![CDATA[This is now officially the coolest end-of-year list I&#039;ve seen ~ rather like a mega series of mix tapes.  In the frost and snow categories, I&#039;d add:

Nils Frahm ~ Wintermusik
Hauschka ~ Snowflakes &amp; Car Wrecks
Ian Hawgood ~ Snow Roads
Jaxson Payne ~ Hopen (music based on an Arctic Ocean outpost)
Marc Behrens ~ Sleppet (The third track was sampled from a glacier.)

I kind of have a thing for winter music.  Looking forward to the rest of the lists!  :D]]></description>
